How much does it cost me to send an offer?
Sending offers is always free. The number of offers you are able to send every month depends on the membership you have chosen (VIP and Premium have no limited offers). If you send out all your offers, just let us know and we will help you upgrade to a different membership with more available offers. Once a client awards you for a project, you will have to pay a service fee and the amount depends on the membership you are using (VIP excluded).
How much does it cost to be on the directory?
If you want your full contact details to be shown in the directory, you can either choose the Premium or the VIP membership. The Premium membership is 99.00 EUR per month and the VIP membership is 199.00 EUR per month. Please check the twago pricing table to learn the full conditions of these membership as well as other memberships available.
How much does it cost to use safePay?
As a provider, the safePay fee depends on the membership you are using. For Beginner, Medium, and Freelancer memberships the safePay fee is 3%. For Premium members, safePay is 2.5 % and for VIP members it is only 1% of the awarded project volume.
How does twago make money?
Contractors must pay a fee once they have accepted all terms after being awarded with a project. The fee depends on the membership the contractor has chosen. Contractors using Beginner and Medium memberships have a 7% service fee while those using the Freelancer membership have a 5.5%. For Premium contractor the service fee is 4% and for VIP there is no service fee to be paid.
