Description
We need an experienced Android app programmer who can complete an existing app. We are using an external device and bring data via Bluetooth into our Android app. From there this data needs to be converted via math calculations (we have a windows software with most of the code which you can use). For example you need to convert hex values from external device into temperature (Celsius) value based on logic which we provide.
Project should take 15-20 hours or so.... depending on skills.

What exactly has to be done? Is it just parsing the hex values with the supplied logics or has the bluetooth communication to be implemented as well?

Bluetooth and app are working, just conversion math is not accurate. Prior programmer just did not know how to do it. Where are you located?
