Animated website for copyright characters

We need a designer able to develope a website for some characters. We want a website, where the characters are animated with fluent animations.

For giving an example, take a look at www.meomi.com  We want something similar. A website designed with several fluent animations. We only provide the characters to the winner of this contest due to they are a trademark.

We are looking for someone able to redraw them animated. We will give the characters and the ideas, but not the animations. For example, we will send the picture of a dog, and then the developer should draw the dog running and barking.

We can talk about the project more specific, but we want to have feedback with the winner. Please send portfolio and demonstrate that you are able to make animations.

VERY IMPORTANT: REMEMBER THAT WE WANT SOMEONE ABLE TO DRAW, WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR STANDARD ANIMATIONS LIKE A PHOTO SLIDESHOW. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT CHARACTERS LIKE ASTERIX, OR SIMPSONS. YOU HAVE TO MAKE THEM MOVE, NOT TOO MUCH, BUT THIS IS A REQUIRED SKILL.
