CHE FINE HA FATTO LA PROGETTAZIONE? Vedo ogni giorno richieste per la creazione e sviluppo di siti web, gestionali, ecc. a prezzi assurdi. E' lecito chiedere prezzi bassi, ma che prodotto si ottiene alla fine? Per ottenere un buon prodotto che raggiunge gli obiettivi aziendali, occorre prima definire e documentare questi obiettivi e tutti i relativi dettagli. Definire la strategia da convertire in azione. Il problema più comune è quello della comunicazione tra l'azienda e il programmatore. L'azienda ha esigenze di business e parla un certo linguaggio, quello di raggiungere i suoi obiettivi per ottenre profitto, lo scopo di ogni attività. Il programmatore, invece, vuole soltanto sapere cosa deve fare, sperando di avere più dettagli possibili per evitare sorprese, aggiunte e incomprensioni che fanno perdere più tempo del previsto. Il tempo è denaro. Quindi, DOCUMENTATE TUTTO PRIMA DI CHIEDERE UN PREVENTIVO!
