I had a goverment site for a little town ;

i want to improve the look and design should like;

It should be only template tunning for joomla.
I'm a web designer and don't have time for this, but i will be workin on this project but i really don't want to :) so i want to hire a designer. Thats all.

Hello, Can you please elaborate if you just need a new template design & you will put it in Joomla or you want the whole site to be implemented in Joomla with the design. There are lot of things on the site that goes beyond pure design implementation like gallery, social network links etc, blog style comments. Need more details, what you need. Do you want us to design the visual look and feel of the site or you want us to design and then configure the website in Joomla.
