Index Trading Platform Program

I want initially a very simple program to operate on my computer to make entries and key strokes on a downloaded platform.

So that you can investigate, the platform I use can be found  at cityindex.co.uk and relates to spread betting on UK100  and Wall Street Rolling Spreads. I think the platform is Java related, but I do not know.

Initially, I wish to see if a program could be written to enter the value of the spread bet, set a stop loss and a limit at a pre-determined distance from the entry price by me and the transaction ("Buy" or "Sell") to be activated upon a command by me. Ultimately, I wish to enlarge the program to make simple decisions on the platform depending upon the movement of indices; this may be much more complex, but once I have confidence in the writer, (and know the initial program can be written) there will be good reason to extend your services.

I also need to own the software and all code in relation to the program. It will not be for sale.
