Logo & name design for new website
We're looking for a logo and brandname design for a new to-be-launched website.
The name of the site is indexvestor.com and its content addresses the benefits of passive vs. active investing (in stocks, bonds etc.). That's why it's name merges "index" and "investor".
The site is new, fresh, innovative and different from most boring content-related websites around financial themes - while at the same time being serious. It's by no means old economy, neither it's the fancy social media community-related type.
Websites we like in a similar sector context are www.mint.com and www.personalcapital.com. Similarly, our design intention is to have one "signalling" colour with the rest of the site being clear and mostly colour-free. The signalling colour isn't set yet, but might be in the range of blue and green (petrol?).
Would be great if we could arrange for logo & brandname design with a first colour chosen by the designer which can be eventually changed in 2 weeks time to the official signalling colour.
