i have many directories with a png image in it.

i would need a simple script to scan the directories and if no logo.jpg file exists to take the logo.png and make a jpg-file out of this one and to store it in the same directory.

its easy, a little question: what's yours php version? how many directories are to scan? do you whant a function to call whit the name of the directory to scan or the directory is every time the same??
