Looking for two SAP consulants

Crucial Knowledge: SAP ERP (ECC 6.0) Authorization Development / Administration: Excellent in SAP functions: PFCG, SUIM, SU53, SU01, SU10, SQVI, AGR* tables Awareness of Segregation of Duties English very good (other languages beneficial) Microsoft Access knowledge (level: table structure, SQL, key fields) PowerPoint Knowledge (level: creation and presentation of management like presentations) Excel Knowledge (level: combining tables) beginner level in BW/BI authorization Crucial Team Player attitudes: Motivated Working independently (autonomous) and aligned i.e. not needing micromanagement Open minded to other cultures Crucial Soft Skils: Structured and providing structures -"Drawing minded", i.e. thinking in pictures: being able to symbolize/draw complex context into a simple picture Being able to put him/herself into the shoes of customers and stakeholders Listening to the colleagues Communicative and informative Informing to the point Planning realistically the efforts (being able to say "no") Demanding especially to the peer colleagues Providing project experience Further very helpful knowledge Educational background in a technical direction Experience in certified change management (documentation) Familiar with SAP Solution Manager Awareness of the SOX, BizRights, GRC (segregation of duties) Umfeld(Must): BC - Berechtigungen Beginn: 01.03.2012 Ende: 31.12.2012 Dauer: 10 Monate + Option, fulltime vor Ort in Monheim, Tarif best can
