Description
We are looking for a service provider to develope a social media based web application.
The application should allow users to start a video conference with a group of users registered for this video conference. The video conference takes place in a closed area where users are allowed to upload media depending on the rights configured by the video conference administrator/creator.
Users should be able to search for video conferences relating to an specific theme and enroll to participate.
Users should be able to administrate their profile and make some privacy configurations.
Users should be able to add another users to their contact list and send them messages.

Hello. Based on this short description its hard to make any sensible statements. It does not look too "unknown" and we already have our own video conference framework that probably can be used in your project. But let's discuss further details.
