Sugarcrm project assigned to multiusers, cal sync

we are a vey small company and recently we have installed sugarcrm for tracking our commercial activity. We found several limtation on sugarcrm expecially regarding two areas: - project management and task assigment; - sugarcrm google calendar sync; - meetings assignement. Project management. Actually sugarcrm allows to assign project just to one user. We need to assign projects and tasks to multilple users. This is 'cause more employes can report hours against same project/task. Google calendar sync We would like to get a bidirectional integration over google calendar and sugar crm. At the moment we have installed MyCRM Connector Tool for Google Calendar CE which does work only in one direction starting from sugar to google. Meeting assigment. Sugarcrm allow users to creat a meeting and invite other users to the meeting. Other users get a note to the their calendar but sugar does not transfer meeting not assigned to the user to google calendar ... I guess these issues are already known on the sugar community. However, we are interested in getting the personalizations.
