We need to have video recording and storing in user profiles (who are logged in) on our website.
The user of our website should have the possibility to record video directly on the website.
The Wordpress site is build upon the Jobroller template (Appthemes).

With possibility you mean that the registered user can record a video - via webcam (?) - that gets stored by a flash media server (i.e.)? And the video is an optional part of the user profile? Does every user only have one video?
