Website Design based on existing websites

  We need a website design based on the following top-performing websites in the field of user testing:

The audience for the website will be designers and/or user experience experts. We want something that is web 2.0, young, fresh and energetic. Please use the above websites as a guide.

If awarded this job we will proceed as follows. 
1) You provide us with 3 design concepts
2) We will select one concept
3) We work with you to refine the preferred concept into a finished design

Our budget is €100 for a photoshop psd with the website design.
