I need to add some non-standard funcionalities to a wordpress website I'm designing for a client. I have a sandard wordpress installation (latest version) together with WPML plugin for multilanguage setup. The website will be in italian and in english.

I need to add a membership (paid, with paypal) for game rooms. Each room will enter it's own details and pay for a subscription fee) each game room will have a personal page to dislay data like address, type, news, eventually photos and above all the possibility to add games/tournaments that will be published to end users on the website . Website users will browse through tournaments inserted by the game rooms, browsing tournaments for date, geographic location, type, rewards. The website will have custom widgets for advance search among tournaments and display of recent / incoming tournaments.

I need a time/price estimate.
