i have one form.

in this form i have 5 questions with two checkboxes which act like radiobuttons so i'llnever get both checked (both are by default deselected)!

onclick="document.form_name.name_other_checkbox.checked=false;"

what i need:

2 imagelinks on top of the 2 checkbox columns, where the left imagelink selects/deselects all checkboxes of the left side and the right one switches all the right one's.. and not to forget the OR/NONE state of the two checkboxes

need it right now - pay straight away by paypal..
