  Finding the people you need is FREE on twago. You can post an unlimited number of projects and hire as many service providers as you need. There are no hidden fees or charges.
  
  When you pay the service provider through twago safePay for work undertaken, twago deducts a service fee from the service provider. The amount depends on their membership plan. twago generates income only when you approve the provider and pay them for completed work.
  
  In addition to the standard and free project posting options, we allow our customers to promote and protect their projects with our value added services. All of our paid services are for you optional!

  Which value added services does twago offer and what do they cost?

  Non disclosure agreement (NDA)	If you want to post a project which contains information you do not want to share with a third party, we recommend using a non disclosure agreement (NDA). That way you can protect valuable information and only work with service providers who you approve of and who have signed the non disclosure agreement allowing them to see extensive project details.   Private project posting	In general, all project postings on twago are public. Everyone on twago - and also web users looking for jobs through search engines such as Google, will be able to find your project. If you do not want your project to be public, you can choose to list your project as a private posting. You can invite specific twago service providers to make an offer for your project and receive bids only from service providers you’ve selected.	29 EUR
  Highlighted project	Your project is urgent? You want to receive many bids? Highlight your project to catch the attention of service providers. Highlighted projects get more bids because they attract more service providers and they are ranked higher in the search result list on the twago project search.	29 EUR
  User Verification	Trust is the most important thing in business. Let your user information be verified by twago to gain more trust from twago service providers. Through user verification you will receive a higher volume of more qualified bids, as our service providers know that they can trust you and that there is a real person behind your user account.   Finding new clients and jobs is EASY on twago. You can place bids on projects you like and which fit your portfolio.
  
  Setting up your account is simple and you can start finding jobs right away. Based on the membership plans we offer, you can have a set number or even an unlimited amount of bids you can place monthly. The service fee will vary from 0 to 7 percent depending on your membership plan. Other value added services might add additional one-off costs.
  
  You will receive notifications about new projects on twago according to the information listed in your user account concerning your expertise and skills.

  User Verification	Trust is one of the most important things when it comes to business relationships. Allow twago to verify both your user account and the information you have provided. Through user verification you will be selected and awarded for projects more often. The increase in trust in your user profile is an excellent benefit and will ensure you receive more projects.	25 EUR
  Reference Verification	In your twago profile you have the chance to show several references as part of your portfolio. These references are a strong indicator for buyers when it comes to selecting the best service provider. Just like a verified user account, you can also have your references verified by twago. • I want to post a project, how much does it cost?

  Posting a project is always free. There are no hidden costs when posting a project. However, if you want to use twago value added services there might be additional costs. Please check the twago pricing plan. When you are looking for a twago service provider you simply need to post your project and all relevant service providers will be notified.

• I want to bid on projects, how much does it cost?

  Bidding on projects is always free. Based on your membership plan, you have a different amount of permissible bids per month. If you run out if bids, just let us know and we can upgrade you to a different membership with more available bids. Once a buyer awards you for a project, you will have to pay a fee to twago, that is if you haven’t signed up for a VIP membership. The percentage depends on your membership, and ranges from 4 to 7 percent. VIP members do not have to pay a service fee as this is covered in their membership fee.

• I want to offer my services in the twago yellow pages, how much does it cost?

  If you want to disclose your full contact details you can either choose the Premium or the VIP membership. The Premium membership is 59.00 Eur per Month and the VIP Membership is 125.00 Eur per Month. Please see the twago pricing plan to learn which services are included in the Premium and VIP memberships.

• What do i have to pay for twago twago safePay?

  If you are posting a project you dont have to worry about this, the twago safePay fee will be included in the provider's bid. All you have to pay, is the bid price the provider offers. If you do not choose the VIP membership there are fees for using twago twago safePay. In the Beginner, Medium, and Freelancer plans, the twago safePay fee is 3 percent of the awarded project volume. Premium members pay 2.5 percent of the awarded project volume for using twago twago safePay.

• How does twago make money?

  When a buyer awards a service provider and the service provider accepts the terms, the service provider has to pay a fee. The fee depends on the membership plan the service provider has chosen. Service providers in Beginner and Medium memberships have to pay 7 percent. In the Freelancer plan the fee is 5.5 percent and in the Premium plan it’s 4 percent. VIP users do not have to pay a service fee.
