Around a year ago Team Icon decided to broaden its customer base and acquire more clients. As the Team Icon’s present customer base provided enough projects for the current state of the company, the goal to grow more and acquire more and bigger customers also led to the question on how to find them. Without having major contacts or big leads with big companies, the challenge was to find these contacts to create valuable business leads. Team Icon had to deal with common issues like budget restrictions and a lack of marketing channels to create leads in order to find projects and new clients.

Solution

In order to find the missing contacts, Marco Sarti did some research in online search engines and found out about twago and other similar platforms. “Little by little I have chosen the best platform for us and started working on it. At the beginning I only filled in part of my profile, later on I took care to develop every aspect of my profile, from filling out a detailed description of our company, choosing the best services offered by the platform to demonstrate our skills, to the new clients' feedback and so on, a long process that is still ongoing”, Sarti described his first steps on twago.
