In order to find the missing contacts, Marco
Sarti did some research in online search engines
and found out about twago and other
similar platforms. “Little by little I have chosen
the best platform for us and started working
on it. At the beginning I only filled in part
of my profile, later on I took care to develop
every aspect of my profile, from filling out a
detailed description of our company, choosing
the best services offered by the platform
to demonstrate our skills, to the new clients'
feedback and so on, a long process that is still
ongoing”, Sarti described his first steps on
twago.
“In order to win my first project and get my
first client, I had to make a really attractive
offer from the financial point of view. I worked night shifts to finish the project within
the short deadline requested and thanks to
the good feedback I received, I understood
that we could prove how professional we are
and I have thus invested even more time and
resources to the twago clients, becoming in
only two months, successful not only within
the twago platform”, Sarti says.
“The way of approaching a client on twago is
different: rhythms and feedbacks are different,
you have to showcase your personal skills
but without doing it overtly”, advices Sarti.
After Sarti got his profile set-up and many
projects came in, he thought about becoming
a Llc to advantage of tax breaks offered to

I was considering as well to hire two
employees who exclusively will take care of
potential clients on the platform: receiving
twenty email projects daily and only being
able to follow a small part of them represent
for me real waste and personally I don't like
wasting opportunities.”
