Brand Identity Inspiration for Designers: 1976 NASA Graphics Manual

Filed by team twago on August 18, 2015

In another one of those thank you, internet!’ moments, we recently came across this vintage NASA Graphics Standards Manual from way back in 1976.

Created a year earlier by New York designers Danne & Blackburn, this amazingly detailed manual describes the proper use of one of the all-time powerful brand identities.

Certainly one of more fascinating things we’ve seen online when it comes to branding, and a must-see for anyone looking to create a first class corporate identity.

Does your brand or business need a new identity… and quickly?
