Why email is your best friend on twago
Are you missing out on new freelance projects? Or is your email inbox overflowing with messages from different websites and it’s getting a little bit out of control? Well, fear no more, we’re here to help show you how to easily control how often you receive email notifications from twago.
Where to manage your email notifications
Once you are logged in to your twago account go to My Account > Notifications. Here you can fully manage your email notifications.
Adjusting new project notifications
If you want to receive email alerts regarding new projects posted on twago that fit your skills, simply click Yes. Then use the drop down list to choose how often you wish to receive these alerts.
Notification frequency options:
- When new projects are posted
- This ensures that you never miss out on new projects – emails can be very frequent, depending on how popular your skills are!
- A daily update with new projects matching your skills
- Twice weekly
- Twice weekly alerts, sent to you on Mondays and Thursdays

Choosing preferred project budget
Use the slider to select project budgets between 0 – 100,000 EUR. You will then only receive notifications of new projects within that budget range.
Receiving promotional emails from twago
Occasionally, we send out newsletters with the latest twago updates, offers and promotions. To opt-in to these special emails, click Yes under “twago Newsletter”
If your inbox is too full and you would rather not receive project notifications, simply select the “No” option. Same applies for receiving twago Newsletters. If you change your mind, you can adjust your email settings at any time!
Emails regarding Terms of Service updates or topics related to personal account information are not included in these settings. As a twago account holder, you will always receive messages of this nature.
