Last Saturday, Microsoft, Volkswagen, Deutsche Bank and Telekom opened their doors in the heart of Germany’s capital for the 4th Annual Berlin Startup Night.
The event gives selected startups from Berlin the opportunity to present themselves, their products and their services to fellow entrepreneurs, investors, interested visitors and the press.
twago is proud to have been invited to Berlin Startup Night this year
From 5pm until midnight, we welcomed clients, freelancers and interested visitors to our stand at the spacious Microsoft Atrium in the heart of Berlin.
The theme of this year’s event:
“Don’t become a working zombie”
Instead of working for someone and only doing what we’re told to, the Startup Night team encourages people to do their own thing. To hold on to their own ideas, to start their own business.
Fully living up to the motto, members of the Startup Night team actually pulled the full-on zombie act – impressively dressed up like creatures escaped from The Walking Dead series.
But of course the visitors were not only confronted with first-class entertainment. Ranging from IT-companies to children’s learning programmes to measuring the brain’s state of relaxation – the startups were covering a wide range of innovating categories. Perfect possibilities for networking, inspiration and business tips ensured everyone left the Microsoft building with a full notebook, an empty business card holder and brain full of entrepreneurial motivation.
All the preparation, flyer designing and folding, sticker cutting and offer card designing has definitely been worth it.
We were happy to personally get in touch and have a chat with many existing and new clients and freelancers.
Thanks Berlin Startup Night, we are proud to have been part of this long but great night!
