Simplicity, usability and an emphasis on clear and direct communication inspired the newly re-imagined project view on twago. The old-style inbox of yesterday has been replaced and rejuvenated by a contemporary chat-like communication interface – elegantly integrated within individual projects – to ensure that both Clients and Contractors (freelancers and agencies) are always on the same page heading in the same direction. Although the communication feature is the crown jewel of the new project view, here are 6 other easy-win features that will enable a smooth-running and successful project experience on twago.

1. Get more quotes. Get more exposure.

You have posted a project and have yet to receive notable interest from freelancers. Not to worry! This generally indicates that the project description is lacking in some detail or other and is easily rectified by adding updates to the project. The more freelancers are informed, the more likely they will be interested in working on your project. You can also invite contractors from our extensive freelance directory to view your projects and send in their quotes/proposals.

2. Dashboard notifications. Never miss a beat.

Whenever there has been any new activity on one of your projects, you will receive automatic notifications on your twago dashboard. Now you are always informed.

3. All proposals. One page.

At-a-glance, see all received project proposals in one easy to digest list. Everything you need and want to know is here. Click expand to view full individual proposals and to respond to a specific Contractor.

4. Rate and organise freelancers.

Organise your project by tagging each individual proposal as ‘Interested’, ‘Maybe’ or ‘Not Interested’. Remember, the Contractor will be notified about the rating, but are unable to see any personal notes. These are for your reference only.

5. Manage multiple projects. Effortlessly.

Easily toggle between your projects using the drop-down option in your new project view. Multitasking has never been easier. Quick, and with one-click.

6. Toolbar. Control your project.
