I am currently working as a Financial Controller for a boutique hotel in Los Angeles, CA. My first major project was a budget and forecasting template that was used for 50+ ancillary revenue generating departments for a major university in Los Angeles that analyzed revenues based on day of the week and provided drivers for all expenses. My next project took me to a company that provided third party Accounting services where I managed a staff of three, created daily sales reports for seven entities and developed a full financial package from a blank slate. In 2013, I moved into an Assistant Controller position in San Francisco where I was part of a team of two who established all Accounting procedures and developed excel documents that were used to maximize profitability which include but are not limited to upload templates containing macros and pivot tables, daily sales reports, labor productivity reports, variance analysis tools, invoices, purchase orders and checkbooks to manage expenses. Since then, I have also provided centralized Accounting services, and moved on to a Controller position with two different hotels. In each of these positions, I have brought in tools that were and are still being used to increase productivity, maximize profitability, and provide key, accurate information in a timely manner. My goal is to give you the tools you need while saving you valuable time and effort. As a Financial Controller, I am well aware of the importance of having time and having these tools. I have spent large amounts of time honing my skills and creating robust spreadsheets that help me in my every day. I hope to make a great positive impact on you and your business.
