It has an exciting opportunity for a pro-active individual to join us as a Customer Service Assistant. We are an online market leader and is going through a sustained period of growth. The Role


The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of the Sales/Customer Service Team. Day to day duties will include:


- Facilitate telephone customer service calls;

- Organising voicemail boxes and passing on phone messages;

- Dealing with all online customer service messages covering e-Bay accounts;

- Processing returned products;

- Forwarding all requests for store credit, legal customer service and complaints;

- Ensuring customers are kept up to date with order progression and reporting stock issues;

- Monitor and report positive sales trends, discrepancies, persistent faults and negative trends;

- Liaise regularly with courier companies regarding collections, deliveries and discrepancies;

- General administrative duties.


The Candidate


We are looking to recruit a candidate who has experience of working in an online sales or account management role. They will have the following skills, experiences and attributes:


- Must have excellent customer service and administration skills;

- Experience of processing customer orders is essential;

- Ideally the candidate will have experience of dealing with orders from an e-commerce web site;

- Excellent grammar and telephone manner;

- Organisational skills and punctuality;

- Experience using Sage Pay;

- Excellent computer skills are required, especially Microsoft Office.
