I am seeking for an experienced, energetic, organized and self-motivated Office Administrative Staff Member to join our growing team. Who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Team personnel, and work on special projects.The Office Administrator’s role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling clerical duties. In order to be assign to this position you should be detail oriented, professional and well good communication skills.
Administrative Staff Duties and Responsibilities
Provide documents and organise them in order.
Coordinate work space, computer, and supplies for work frequestly with time
information with IT department.
Work independently and within a team on special projects
Sort and distribute mail.
Administrative Staff Requirements and Qualifications
Competent collaborator and skilled cross functional communicator.
Ability to solve problems and identify errors.
