We need a App developer that works with TITANIUM to do an App for iOS and Android (one for both). 

 The functionalities that the network will have are quite similar to those in Badoo. It would have mainly Chat, Photo/Video upload, Geolocation, Comments, search engine, events. 

 The web is already being done in Drupal. The Wireframe would be given by us.
