Description

Forex trade calls/signals has 4 stakeholders: (1) system, (2) expert, (3) agents, and (4) clients/affiliates.

When Expert(2) calls out trade signals for forex market, active Clients(4) receives a push notification on smart phone App. Message has following information: ExpertTicketNumber, Forex Symbol pair { one from this list AUDUSD, EURAUD, EURCAD, EURUSD, GBPAUD, GBPCHF, GBPUSD, USDCAD, USDJPY }, trade direction { Long-Buy, Short-sell }, Trade Entry, Stop Loss, Target exit, Action {Open, Modify, Close, Alert}, small text msg,  and DateTimeStamp in GMT converted to local set timezone.

 

When Client reads the message, 100 points are debited from Client account and credited as follows:

Affiliate-10, Agent-30, Expert-30 and System-30.

 

Client may be referred by another client(affiliate) to download this free app from apple store/google play. After app download, client has to register (name, email, password, telephone, address, id, DOB etc) and agree to Terms/Conditions/Policy and then request an approval from agent. List of available agents is displayed and Client has to select one from the list.

When agent approves the Client after proper verification, Client receives 1000 bonus points from agent and the Client account becomes active. Only active accounts will receive push notifications from expert. Client account with less than 100 points automatically becomes inactive untill the Client recharges the account by purchasing points from agent. Agent can buy/sell points from Clients/Expert. 

 

The project has two parts, a website and hybrid app (for all smart phones).

 

Role of agent is to monitor their clients, resolve any problems/issues raised via support tickets by client and help clients. Agent will also manage accounts buy/sell points, report to expert, add more clients via marketing activity promotions.

When Agent login to website, they will have dash board to see various reports to monitor performace, clients info/control, account transactions, able to buy/sell points, help/support client issues, profile update (name, company, contacts, address, telephone, fax, email, chat, password etc) Verify/Approve clients, All buy sell transactions recorded in ledger journal and ability to search/filter the records. Account balance, available points, on hold points etc. Dashboard graphs/charts/reports to monitor client behaviour/performance.

 

Role of Expert is to call trade signals as mentioned above, resolve any problems/issues raised via support tickets by agents. Agent will also manage accounts & buy/sell points to Agents only.

Account balance, available points, on hold points etc. Dashboard graphs/charts/reports to monitor Agent performance.

 

 

When System logs into website, their dashboard will have ability to manage and control entire system, generate points and allocate to expert, start/stop push notifications or transactions between expert/agent/user, send system wide urgent messages for any maintenance activity, record/display all system activities with ip/geo logs. Ability to search filter all/any records of expert/agent/client.

 

 

Hirarchy is as follows: System ==> Expert ==> Agents ==> Affiliate/Clients

 

App will have following features:

Push Notifications appears a number in red circle in upper right corner of the app icon (similar to the one that is displayed for app update.) and a sound is played ( can turn sound on/off in settings ). 

Trade call(signal) message can expand/shrink like any other messages to show header/detail.

History tab by default shows last 20 messages, and client can select/search/filter history by date range or forex currency pair symbol or action or ExpertTicketNumber etc.

When trade(signal) has action status open/modify, the client cannot forward these messages.

After the action status changes to close, the client can share that particular ExpertTicketNumber message on social media like twitter/facebook etc, when they share with their friends, the message will automatically have their affiliate link inbuild inviting social media to download the app.

Every time the app opens, unless they are already logged in, cached email appears as userID and client will enter password and tick mark to accept terms/conditions/policy and then allow to click LOGIN button.

help tab will display mini-help-manual to explain all features of the app and display their agents phone/chat contact details for any further support they may need.

Clients will be able to add personal notes to any ExpertTicketNumber and create their journal. Some colour coding to show if they took that particular trade and different colours for active and closed trades.

Accounts tab will show available points, and transaction ledger with debit and credit details of point movements.

Clients(as an affiliate) receives referral credits from other clients. Clients can purchase or sell points to Agents. Minimum sell to Agent is in lots of 10,000 points. Minimum purchase lots from Agents is 1000 points. 

Suppose Client has 34,680 available points in their account and Client would like to sell 20,000 points to agent, then they enter 20,000 points and press "Sell points" button, their account status will change to 14680 available points and 20000 points will be on hold. When agent accepts their request the hold will be released and points will be transfered to agents account. This transaction record will be updated in clients accounts ledger. 

Simlarly if Client would like to buy 2000 points to agent, then they enter 2000 points and press "Buy points" button, their account status will have 2000 points on hold. When agent accepts their request the hold will be released and points will be transfered to clients account as available points. This transaction record will be updated in clients accounts ledger. 

Ability for Client to search any details in accounts journal. Each transaction will have unique id.

 

Setting tab will allow to set different parameters such as select sounds for push notifications, change user details/password, turn sound on/off etc. Raise any support tickets for issue and send to the agents.

 

Promote/share their affiliate link on social media with tailor made personal messages. (app to suggest some great marketing quotes so that client can use them to promote their affiliate link)

 

Only clients with active status and with available net balance points greater than 100 to receive push notifications.

 

More specific details will be discussed with interested developer. The project website will be hosted in cloud, app will use restfull api service to communicate with cloud database and entire project shall implement high level of security.
