Looking for a freelancer to whom I confidently can delegate following tasks:

Check if used theme (Specia Developer Theme) is Wordpress 5.0 ready

 if not, propose another clean, equivalent theme including following features: 
multilingual (i.e. WPML plugin), fully responsive, portfolio (i.e. light-boxes), online shop integration (i.e. woo commerce), contact form, testimonials, maillist friendly, call to action, sticky header, cross-browser compatibility,…


if yes:

Check existing Child Theme and if necessary correct and update it, attention several tweaks and workarounds were made.

Update to the latest Specia Theme (at the moment Version : 1.5.) if necessary

If compatibility is guaranteed update to newest version of Wordpress.

Additional tasks:

Optimise site speed

Optimise responsiveness if necessary 
(i.e. language switcher in mobile version is not user friendly placed)

Check if possible to take off commenting function in light-box

Check if pictures in light-boxes, widgets could be clickable and refer to another page on the site
(i.e. picture in the footer widget, linked to the About section, or the light-box photos linked to product pages)
