1. Clients purchase credits which allows them to search our database. (database must track clients credits) 2. Clients can upload a CSV file to our database with a list of delinquent people that owe them money. (First Name, Last Name, D.O.B, Home Phone, Cell Phone, Work Phone, email address)(more may be added) 2a. Upon upload an email will be sent to the delinquent client letting them know they've been added to our database (this needs to be something we can turn off at any time, globally turned off) 3. Database will track which client uploaded what. (this is so they can never search their own uploads) And we will always know which client uploaded which delinquent person 4. Clients go to a search section in the database and with the use of a credit search our database for client they want to look up. Our database will search the information they provide (First Name, Last Name, D.O.B) and return a result. 5. The client in the search section has the ability to sell the information (for credits) if they search and found someone in our database. If they do sell this information. we will take this updated information and email it to the client that uploaded the original information (provide the client who uploaded the information with new contact information) I'd like to start testing this in about 4 weeks.
