I need a wordpress site finished. I believe it's about 80% finished.  I need a manual matching ability added--to match customers with other customers. And I need it linked to my merchant account with the ability to preauthorize and then authorize.  Please provide an estimate.  The site is deisigned to pair groups of tourists toogether who wish to partake in shared activities.
