I have an Excel spreadsheet which performs a simple calculation - i want this converted into a web page so that it will work on any computer or smartphone (i.e. without any extra software such as Excel installed).

Please note that everything in gray (row 15 and below) is included only for the calculation and should not be shown in the final page.

The coding supplied needs to be in a format that can be inserted into a web page of my choice.
