I want to create a German Survey-Website. There will be not more then 20 Sites and the site needs a function with which admins can put in surveys and users can answer it. One other function should be that every user gets assigned a profile which saves information about him ( age, sex,...). The site also has to have the function that you can set which user can fill which surveys. Only announce if you have the ability for all this functions , then the " normal " website creation shouldn't also be a problem for you.
