We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our agile and nimble workforce.
In this role, you will work with the brightest creative minds from around the world to deliver results that would make our clients proud.
Our team generally works during UTC+8 and utilizes collaboration tools such as Slack and Notion to keep our projects on track.
Things you will do in this role
•Gather and understand requirements and objectives at both a high and detailed level
•Build the project charter including resource and role planning, the communication plan,
description of deliverables and milestones, risks, dependencies and project budget
•Lead meetings and brainstorming sessions with the project team while providing timely project
updates and progress on a regular basis
•Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, of quality, within scope and budget
•Monitor progress and make adjustments when necessary
•Evaluate project progress and performance, identify areas of improvement and implement
changes to improve our processes and project progression

What you will need to be successful in this position
•At least five years of Advertising/Creative Project Management experience
•Experience working with B2B with Technology companies
•Tech Savvy, love for technology and a true believer in continuous improvement by optimising
•Highly experienced in Agile methodologies and best practises
•Strong Project Management skills which include project and resource planning, project budgeting
•A keen sense of ownership for the projects they manage
•Experience with the full project management life cycle from planning to delivery
•Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
•Proficiency with various digital tools and platforms including Project Management Systems
•Effective communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships
•Ability to perform well under pressure and deliver high-quality work on time
•Resourcefulness and excellent interpersonal skills
•Collaborative, customer-centric approach
•Available to work in the Asia Pacific Time zone
