We search for part-time help desk agent to provide technical assistance via live chat, phone and email.
Job responsibilities :
Through provided training, learn and understand the product and its capabilities in order to deliver high-quality customer support
Provide real-time, technical assistance to customers via chat and phone
Remain up to date on updates and changes made to the product to ensure all technical assistance is accurate
Maintain order accuracy on multiple software databases
Good communication, typing and grammar skills
Patience, enthusiasm and empathy when interacting with customers
Ability to receive tasks and work independently
This friendly-use job will be in the comfort of your home up to 8h a week required.
