Description

the Data Entry Operator will work in a team-oriented setting to provide data entry and manipulation of data projects and to provide administrative support in corporate office. We are seeking an energetic person who will thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate data entry into Excel spreadsheet. Verifying and logging receipt of data, obtaining missing data, coding, input, data verification, query and printing reports. Ability to learn new systems/equipment. General administrative duties, including sorting and opening mail, collating packets, preparing mailings. Professional demeanor in answering phones and making calls. Working in a team environment on recurring and non-recurring tasks and special projects. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and company information. Sign for and distribute UPS/FedEx or similarly delivered packages. Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, copying, faxing, mailing, filing. Support staff in assigned project-based work. Ability to use software to design custom program forms.  Knowledge of health/wellness data.  

Requirements:

Minimum High school graduation.  Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.  2-5 years’ related experience.  Excellent data entry/accuracy skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, most importantly with Excel spreadsheets. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to multi-task. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Customer-focused phone manner. Ability to use office equipment including personal computer, fax machine, copier, printer, etc.  Familiarity with Wellness field or medical terminology a plus.
