Brief overview: To take HTML files on a local drive/path, including subfolders, and compile a master SQLite database containing a summary of the HTML files. Two Delphi programs are needed. One program will index the HTML files. The second program will use the SQLite database to locate the HTML files based upon certain user input parameters.
