My client has set up a Drupal 6 site.

A designer did a draft for complete layout makeover. They are available as graphic files.

You are charged to revamp the Drupal theme to make the site look like on the graphic.

The front page has minimal mouse over effects. The rest of the site does not need Javascript or any movement stuff.
