We have a domain and we just need a dynamic looking Wordpress blog creating very quickly. Design wise, something like this website would be great. We want to be able to add posts and video and photos. Have a polling gadget and a chat widget. It needs to be private, invitation only and the members need to have the freedom to do all of the above. It's a professional discussion group for Nepthrologists.
