Project # 1 – Email Reminders

Reminders

- Sent monthly to inform clients they are due for their Annual Physical Examination and Vaccines

- Currently being sent through mail – goal is to reduce the amount of reminders sent through mail and reduce cost associated with postage

Reminders – Email Issues

- We are able to send reminders through our software however the software has severe limitations and does not allow:

* inserting graphics (this includes our logo)

* inserting hyperlinks

* Choosing the colour and font of our text

What we Would Like

- We would like the ability to send an email that has the following included

* Graphics – including our logo

* A “button” that says “Book your appointment now” and redirects to our website where you can make an appointment online

* Ability to personalize (client’s name )
