The website database consists of 2 groups, both of whom sign in to different sections of the website. A + B A consists of members who sign up as "members" In an emergency situation a member is identified with a 4 digit pin. They call a toll-free number and submit an alert. The alert through an automated system immediately creates a priority list of people to call in group B dependent on preset information set up by a group A member and variable information of a group B service provider (availability, reliability, responce time) A service provider then uses touch tone to make a commitment to respond, gains access to all relevant info in group A. The status of the alert system is then displayed to relevant parties on the website with a real-time log of events It requires internet telephony that makes up to 30 calls at once. All voice communication through this system needs recording. So that's the gist of it.
