In approximately a month's time we'll be launching a new web service that will use video-conferencing to offer hours of conversation in different languages.
To this end, we're looking for freelance professionals who are interested in providing this service and whose native language is English.
Each hour of conversation will cost €10 gross. At the end of the month, each speaker will be required to issue an invoice for the total number of hours completed (not just booked). They will then receive payment via bank transfer (for those within the European Union).
Once a candidate has registered on the website, they will have access to a bookings calendar where they can indicate their availability in a completely independent way. There is no obligation to fulfil regarding the platform itself, only to those clients who make a booking.
In order to participate, the only requirement is to make a presentation video in English that adheres as far as possible to the following guidelines.
• The video should have a duration of between 30 and 60 seconds.
• It should be recorded using a tripod, with no camera movements.
• Where possible, a plain, white background should be used, free of shadows and with the best possible lighting.
• Maximum care should also be taken with the sound quality.
