I am Project Manager in a Market Research company and we are looking for an Excel and PowerPoint expert who will train our research team in the use of Excel and PowerPoint’s macros in order to speed up our reporting process. This should be a 1 or 2 day training session, preferably in our company in Charlottenburg - Berlin.
Basically, we are trying to automatize our reporting process, which is currently done manually: our research data are extracted from our portal (where data streams are stored) in the form of excel files. Data in these files will have to be further processed in order to be analyzed and once we get the results, mostly calculated by formulas, we will have to report findings and interpretations in PowerPoint presentations.
We do several of these reporting each month and we are therefore trying to speed up the process perhaps by learning how to use macros and connect excel to ppt. However, we are open to suggestions from our expert.
We are looking for someone as soon as possible and eventually from now up to mid-May.
