We are looking for an expert in Excel to come in to our company in Bothwell . We have designed a new appraisal for for our employees and who like to make it electronic on excel with drop downs and formulas that calcuate percentages.  Also we would like it to be an amendable PDF form.

So we have all the contents, we just require the form to be created.
