Job Summary

Are you motivated, goal-oriented, and embrace new challenges? Do you love dealing with people and have telesales or customer service experience? If you say yes, we say, “Great!” We are looking for a motivated callcenter sales agent just like you for our fintech company Profitcoins.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. To persuade interested customers, outbound, by telephone, and then advise them accordingly. 
  2. To talk about our financial product engagingly. 
  3. To perform and get the results in customer contact sales. 
  4. To provide a detailed transcript/documentation of the customer dialogue via CRM. To implement regular customer data maintenance during these other duties. 


Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications 

  1. As a person with communications skills and with experience—ideally in the financial industry, you enjoy the telephone contact and the social integration it offers. 
  2. You enjoy active sales—also, cross-country and re-entrants. Your positive attitude and your negotiating skills have proved this. 
  3. You are highly motivated and anxious to perform and get results. 
  4. You possess a high level of customer and service orientation that is characterized by your independent and structured way of doing the job needed. 
  5. You have excellent verbal and writing skills and are very adept and up-to-date on the current trends in modern communication, i.e., CRM system, Microsoft Office.
