Freelance American Sales Executive

From home (Ideally California)

Full time Position 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday

A fantastic opportunity to join a very exciting online classified start up [OBSCURED] based in Central London, Paris and Barcelona. The Company was started in 2013 and has launch of several classified websites in France [OBSCURED] , the UK [OBSCURED] , Spain [OBSCURED] , Italy [OBSCURED], Portugal [OBSCURED], Belgium [OBSCURED], Switzerland [OBSCURED], US [OBSCURED] , Canada [OBSCURED] , Brazil [OBSCURED]  and Mexico [OBSCURED] .

 

To support our global expansion, we are looking for a US based Sales Executive Freelancer. The role will be home based initially but in the future based out of our LA office.

 

Key responsibilities

 

Identify and manage a Third Party call centre:

 

Review the quality recordings to assess quality and give feedback to the call centre manager. Make sure the scope of services and feedback are implemented and taken into account. Keep track of daily statistics sent by the call centre.

 

 

Identify larger clients:

 

Contact the prospect, (more than 10,000 ads) promote the company and our services. Determine the method used to post adverts: manually, XML of CSV feed. Show them the benefits to provide us their feed of ads.

 

Liaise with both IT project director and prospect to ensure smooth transition.

 

Identify Third Party Gateway:

 

3rd party: Definition; A provider of a gateway between a classified websites and clients  Qualify them when discovered. Identify the process to create a partnership: technical specifications for the gateways, contacts list, how to contact their clients, steps for confirmation, time frame for implementation of the data.

              

 

Contact clients of the third parties, promote the company and its services, explain the process in a professional manner and collect the necessary data from them to set up a gateway. Keep track of the gateway until final confirmation has been received.

             

 

Take part in moderation activity on the websites to keep them secure and reliable

 

Review customer service along with the team to maintain quality of the experience.

 

Daily Report to the Sales Manager regarding progress and feedback on the market. Give an insight on any specifics of the market.

 

We will provide you with a software application to make calls but you will be required to provide your own laptop and headset.

A working understanding of Salesforce, Excel, world and Google drive would be an advantage.
