What we're looking for:

An experienced full stack developer who is experienced with working with Wordpress websites. I need someone long term for many projects, mainly wordpress development with customisations

-For each project that we take on we will need the developer to analyse the project and put together firm estimates on how long the work will take and provide a fixed price per project.

- When estimating time be mindful of any other work commitments, family commitments and personal commitments as I need to be able to work with someone who can work to deadlines.

- At the begining of each project, as part of the time estimate process I would like a plan of what you intend to do to sucessfully complete the project

To complete all the deliverables, the right developer will have experience in the following:

- Experience translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code
