Hello,

 

a freelancer is needed to build up a fundraising site.

 

Miminum skills: PHP, MySQL, knowledge of Paypal API, mimimun web design skills

 

At this stage the site will need to be as simple as possible in order to go live asap so it will have a quite simple structure.

 

Basic features will be: 

 

- users need to register to open a project

 

- home page for users in form of a blog (public)

 

- each user's page will have a button for donations

 

- user's control panel (quite simple)

 

- admin control panel (superuser)

 

- basic design
