I need to develop an advanced vehicle GPS Tracking Software, I have a base software source code for a gps tracking software but it is limited in functionality and is in Javascript utilizing mySQL as the database. i need it completely redesigning with fresh new interface and new features and device hardware listeners created for it for my devices

We are looking for somebody that can create a complete professional software and take this to the next level.
