Our company recently set up a toll free number via the company in the US. Hoever the number in Costa Rica is not working property and our customers are not able to call us.
I would like to investigate what is the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
This person must have a good English writing & speaking still in addition to proficient Spanish skill. Must be familiar with local phone providers and system in order to find the issue and solution.
If this task is successful, we may have other tasks which you can help with your local presence and knowledge, as a business adviser, consultant, or independent project manager.
