We are using osTicket as Mailmanagement Tool. osTicket has an auto reply function like "Thank you for contacting us. Your ticket number is XY". The auto reply creates answers automatically from a template but we want to have a more intelligent version.
The auto-reply should be created from more values which are in a database. Like picking random phrases, using the mail senders name, choosing an order number or similiar.
Also the respond should be not sent directly but after a delay (pick random value from 10-25 minutes or similiar).
