Who are we looking for and why?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing and internationally-minded person who is interested in technology, business development and sales. In this position, it is highly desired to have prior sales and/or technical experience.
Although [OBSCURED] is based in Pune, India, our potential IT Sales Manager/Business Development Manager is supposed to be located in Berlin area. You can choose what is best for you: part-time or full-time.
What awaits you in this position:
+ Work in multitasking mode;
+ Maintenance and development of the client base;
+ Search for potential customers in Germany (esp. in Berlin area), active interaction with them through conferences, meet-ups, cold calling and emailing, identification of their needs in order to find appropriate technical solutions;
+ Promotion of the company in the German market (visiting thematic exhibitions, establishing business contacts, presenting company services) and selling its services;
+ Coordination of transaction conditions with the customer, preparation of documentation related to sales.
Qualifications and Skills:
+ 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience (preferably in IT sales), incl. conducting negotiations, preparation and making presentations of the company's service;
+ Knowledge of German and English at the advanced level;
+ General understanding of IT project management methodologies, knowledge of the IT domain.
+ Analytical mindset, the ability to identify the needs of the client's business and offer appropriate solutions;
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
+ Self-organization, responsibility;
+ Initiative, perseverance.
